May 1: Magnolia in bloom

I have bougainvillea and a magnolia tree outside my window. Not that anything will ever beat the view I had from my desk window in my little farmhouse in Nebraska. Just a dirt road stretching out as far as you could see, with prairie grass on either side. Meghan Daum

The view from the other side of our house with the beautiful Magnolia in full bloom! I am grateful for the beautiful blooms, but would love the view from a farmhouse in the middle of no where with landscape vistas all around, and a wrap-around porch to enjoy them while sipping my coffee....perhaps somewhere? Who knows!! We can all dream!
