March 13: Swimming banquet

Swimming is a confusing sport, because sometimes you do it for fun, and other times you do it to not die. And when I'm swimming, sometimes I'm not sure which one it is. Demetri Martin

So proud of this moment, joining the swim team after four years of not swimming at school! And, a valuable contributor to the team. I think she would concur that sometimes it was fun, but other times was to survive!!! Nevertheless, she came away belonging to a team, and made special friends along the way! She grew hugely in confidence and found true self-belief!
