March 21: California!!

First day of Spring Break college scouting trip...in California! And clearly, she hasn't seen the 'real' sea in about four years!!! At last, she has her turn, patience...good things come to all those who wait. I don't think that once experienced, you can ever escape the hold of the sea, you just forget how exhilarating and life-giving it is when you don't experience it. The look of joy and freedom on her face is definitely worth the time off school!
