March 2: Spring was short-lived

I should know that time and again, with expectations of spring that my hopes would be dashed by the raging nor'easter that flew through the neighborhood today...leaving pretty much this scene in it's wake (photo creds: FB). I am so grateful I listened to the voice telling me to leave for home...half an hour later I would not have been able to get through with all the downed trees and power lines. Thank you to all those having to deal with this out there and keep us safe while I bundle up and enjoy some hot chocolate in the comfort of my home...well relative comfort since the power has gone down.
