March 19: Snowy (still!!) sunset

There really is something beautiful about walking in snow that nobody else has walked on...On our walk this evening, I was not expecting to still find snow without prints, but there is lots, because, of course, there is lots of snow!!! Fresh snow is a little crunchy and fresh feeling under foot, it is exhilarating and energizing to walk on. Topped with the beautiful glow of the sunset through the trees,  and another weekend is done and dusted. Would be nice if winter was also done and dusted...no matter how pretty. Enough is enough I say, but then again, who am I to decide :-) I am hoping this prolonged winter means a nice long, lazy summer!
