Music has changed and enriched our lives...who would have thought eight years ago when Nicole was sent home with the tuba that she would still be playing it, and playing it well! So proud of her perseverance and all that she has accomplished. So proud she was not afraid to be different to all the others. So proud that she stands up for what she believes in! She has learnt many life lessons through playing an instrument, and being part of something bigger - making music that changes people! It has been an honor watching the journey and progression. An end to an era...but perhaps the beginning of another! Music (as Africa) is always in the soul!
