June 25: Silly selfies

Take pictures of yourself frequently. Chronicle your life. Selfies are completely underrated. Even if the pictures are unflattering, keep them anyway. There will always be mountains and cities and buildings, but you will never look the same way as you did in that one moment in time. — Tina Tran

While Nicole had her friends around for her campout, we busied ourselves with a picnic in the car, and ended up at the hills of Chester where we decided to take an obligatory selfie. Since we have hardly any pictures together, this will be a good record of what we looked like when our children both became adults. I wonder if this just means we will age quicker from now on, or if we will become more youthful. Only time will tell...here is to aging graciously!
