June 22: Swimming lessons

This was not quite swimming in the sea, but I think the euphoria was the same. Nicole had the patience to teach Riley to really love jumping into the pool on his own and swimming. So much so, that when no one will throw the ball for him, he drops it into the pool and then jumps in after it, has a swim, and then gets out. His best is to find the nearest towel lying around and roll around on it to dry himself. I have now got wise to this, and put is towel out where he rolls around and then sunbathes for a few minutes! So entertaining!
