July 8: The beach...well almost

Protecting our Great Lakes and conserving this resource for the next generation is critical both for surrounding communities and our planet as a whole. Brad Schneider

I know that Mike would prefer the ocean, but the Great Lakes are as close as we are going to get right now, with this, Lake Erie literally right on our doorstep. It is just a beautiful as the sea, and equally important to conserve. Both for ecological reasons, and also economic, for all the livelihoods that rely on it. I am looking forward to spending time at the beach as we know it! This could make a fun outing in the summer!
