April 19: Family has come to visit!!!

Our family have arrived to visit, after the last visit four years ago in Germany! It is so exciting to have them with us for the next few months, reminding us the simple things in life are the best. Not sure they are going to be happy with my cooking for them, since I am on relatively restricted intake for the next little while...Anyhoo, I guess we will all get used to spinach, salad, and smoothies, with some protein thrown in for luck! It is just so nice to have them here!
