November 24: Christmas lights

It was such a nice weekend, we even got to glimpse the downtown Detroit Christmas lights! They were spectacular, reminding me of everything important at this time of year...family! How awesome to have a few days together....not looking forward to tomorrow when the house is empty and quiet again...but only a few more weeks and we will all be together....even if there is no snow, but the sweltering summer temperatures of the southern hemisphere...just as Christmas should be!!!!
